The Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead, who is NMC registered based in County Durham to oversee the clinical governance and delivery of specialist care packages for adults and children with complex care , mental health, and rehabilitation needs. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary case reviews, design person-centred rehabilitation and recovery plans, and ensure clinical excellence across community-based packages.
