An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Warrington, Cheshire area.You will be working for one of UK''s leading healthcare providersThis nursing home features stunning period architecture and beautiful, expansive gardens that overlook the countryside.It offers residential, nursing, palliative, and respite care**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:Ensure support and care is delivered to a high standard by promoting person centred care and planning in conjunction with the resident and their key workerLiaise with key stakeholders in health and social care to ensure support and care are delivered to a high standardEnsure regulatory and organisational standards are met and promote best practicePromote meaningful resident involvement through involvement in the decision making process and ensuring access to services and information relevant to their needsPromote positive relationships with staff, residents, relatives and visitorsWork in conjunction with the Home Manager to ensure the economic viability of the service by maximising income and monitoring expenditureManage the recruitment, performance and development of quality staff to ensure that skilled staffs are available to meet the needs of the service, ensuring compliance to all HR and LandD policy requirementsTo ensure effective management of the home in the absence of the Home ManagerContribute, as appropriate, to special projects and change programmes in support of the Group''s objectivesThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Must be strong clinical and have experience of managing staffPrevious experience as Deputy Manager or Unit Manager within a nursing homeUnderstanding of relevant legislative requirementsExcellent understanding of written and spoken EnglishExcellent communication skillsAbility to demonstrate a positive and accepting approach to clients whatever their needsThe successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £44,657.60 per annum.This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on days.In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus bank holidaysSupport in meeting NMC revalidation requirements for CPDComplimentary meals during shifts lasting over 10 hoursGrowth and development with us through comprehensive training and internal career opportunities including the Deputy Manager - Lead to Succeed programmeAbility to be part of our inclusive staff networks like the Parent Network and Disability NetworkLoyalty recognition scheme for 12 month''s service onwardsCQC Inspection bonus (subject to qualifying criteria)Reference ID: 7052To apply for this fantastic job role, please call on 0121 638 0567 or send your ..... full job details .....
