�� Key Responsibilities

• Lead your shift with positivity, professionalism, and compassion
• Create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues
• Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents
• Monitor health and wellbeing, administer medications, and maintain accurate records
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Continuously learn and adapt to deliver the highest standards of care

�� About You Personal Qualities

• Warm, approachable, and friendly
• Positive outlook with a genuine passion for elderly care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Valid NMC Registration
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
• Strong understanding of person-centred care

Skills & Experience

• Ability to confidently lead and manage a night shift
• Experience in dementia and/or end-of-life care
• Skilled in building positive working relationships
• Competent with electronic care planning systems (PCS desirable)
• Committed to delivering and exceeding high standards of care
