andnbsp;About the Role:
As a Numeracy Intervention HLTA, you will:
- Support class teachers in adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- Deliver targeted Maths interventions toandnbsp;individuals and small groups
- Work with students primarily inandnbsp;KS3, using your knowledge ofandnbsp;KS1 and KS2 Mathsandnbsp;to bridge learning gaps
- Track and assess progress in numeracy skills and knowledge
- Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
£andnbsp;What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
- A qualifiedandnbsp;HLTA, or someone willing to work towards HLTA status
- Previous experience delivering Maths support acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 1 and 2
- Confidence in delivering small group sessions and adapting content to suit different learning needs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, flexible, and student-focused approach
