Package: 47,860 - 56,730 (depending on suitability, qualifications and experience) Working Pattern: DRPS operates a 10-day working fortnight. Based at the Institute of Naval Medicine in Alverstoke, Gosport, the Nucleonic Instrumentation Service (NIS) provides specialist instrumentation, maintenance, calibration, repair and technical support services that underpin Defence radiological monitoring and nuclear emergency response capabilities. The team plays a critical role in maintaining operational readiness and ensuring the availability of specialist radiation detection equipment for customers across Defence.
