This is a chance to take real-world engineering experience and use it to develop the next generation of engineers working across nuclear, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. The focus is on building competence, confidence, and capability through coaching, mentoring, and practical skills delivery. This role will suit someone who has spent a number of years working in a high-hazard, high-standard engineering environment and is now looking to pass that experience on in a structured training setting.What you''ll be doing You''ll deliver and support Level 2 and Level 3 Engineering apprentices across:Electrical principles and maintenanceMechanical systems and fault findingSafe systems of work in high-risk environmentsPractical, workshop-based skills developmentCoach and develop apprentices in the workplaceSupport apprentices through their full programmeBreak down complex engineering knowledge into practical learningHelp learners build confidence, competence, and professional behavioursAssess competence and track progressMonitor apprentice development against apprenticeship standardsCarry out regular progress reviews with learners and employersSupport preparation for End Point Assessment (EPA)Maintain safety and ..... full job details .....
