Brief role description The NST Client Advisor plays a key role in delivering the support centre function for the programme, acting as the first point of contact for veterans who have served in the UK Armed Forces and are at risk of, or involved in, the Justice System. Working closely with the Nova Support Team (NST), you will provide initial advice, guidance and assistance, assess individual needs, manage case information and connect veterans with appropriate support services. The role involves receiving and triaging referrals, making timely first contact, completing initial registrations and maintaining accurate and detailed records on the case management system.
