Conducting legal research and providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients. Drafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and other legal documentation. Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other professional advisers. Preparing cases for negotiation, mediation and, where appropriate, litigation.
