NQ - 3 PQE Solicitor - Contentious Probate, Hampshire – onsite to start with. Salary £50,000 - £60,000 + market leading bonus.We are working with a highly regarded Legal 500, top tier firm, recognised nationally for its expertise in private wealth and dispute resolution. The firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its Contentious Probate team.This is a rare opportunity to launch your career with one of the UK''s most respected firms. Handle contentious probate matters including will challenges and Inheritance Act claims.Advise and act in contentious trusts and estates, and executor/trustee disputes.Manage multi-jurisdictional estate issues where applicable.Direct client contact and provide clear, practical legal advice.Collaborate with senior fee earners and contribute to a high-performing team environment.What could make you stand out?
