You will be joining a Legal 500 practice with 30 staff members, working alongside the firms Partner and member of the Property Litigation Association dealing mainly with residential & commercial property litigation matters. Experience dealing with L&T, Dilapidations, Service Charge, Rent Recovery disputes, Possession claims and Easements/Rights of Way required. Any additional experience with LVT/Enfranchisement disputes, RTM claims or some knowledge of Insolvency/Employment law would be an advantage. This role offers hybrid working (2 days a week WFH).
