NQ Property Litigation

Established recognised practice based in Tunbridge Wells seeks a Litigation Solicitor (NQ+) or ILEX/CILEX to join a busy department (hybrid working). You will be joining a Legal 500 practice with 30 staff members, working alongside the firms Partner and member of the Property Litigation Association dealing mainly with residential and commercial property litigation matters. Experience dealing with LandT, Dilapidations, Service Charge, Rent Recovery disputes, Possession claims and Easements/Rights of Way required. Any additional experience with LVT/Enfranchisement disputes, RTM claims or some knowledge of Insolvency/Employment law would be an advantage. This role offers hybrid working (2 days a week WFH).
