My client is currently recruiting for a NQ-2+ years PQE Conveyancer to join their high end practice in Mayfair, London.This international and leading law firm are looking for a Conveyancer to join their real estate team in their London office. Within this role, you will be a part of the Real Estate team, supporting the real estate partner, covering work in planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution.You will be responsible for:Managing your own caseloadDrafting of legal documents including leases, transfers, deeds and licences.Provide support to fee earners on a varied caseload, with an appropriate level of supervision. This may include reporting on title, reviewing legal documents and preparing client reportsTaking instructions and advising the clients as to progressLiaising and negotiation with solicitors on a daily basisPreparing SDLT and Land Registry applicationsArranging for the execution of documentsManaging own caseload of matters from file opening and receipt of instructions to matter completion, billing, and file closureWhat you\''ll need to succeed
You must be an organised Licenced Conveyancer and have excellent attention to detail, be IT literate, and have outstanding communication skills. You also need to be able to build rapport with clients as they are the central focus to this firm.What you\''ll get in return
