NQ Family Law Solicitor/Lawyer

Key Requirements - Essential Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortly. Previous family law experience gained during a training contract or as a paralegal. Experience assisting with private family matters, including divorce and children work. Strong client care and communication skills. Ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision. Proactive and professional approach to client service. The Role Envision People is representing a well-established Suffolk law firm seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Family Department. The role is predominantly focused on private family law, including divorce, financial remedy and children matters. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced colleagues whilst developing their own caseload and client relationships. There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to private client work, including wills and probate. Desirable Experience The following would be advantageous: Advocacy or court attendance experience. Experience preparing court bundles and legal documents. Exposure to financial remedy matters. Experience of wills and probate work. Working Environment Full-time office-based position.
