This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile and innovative construction and engineering projects across both the public and private sectors.The RoleYou will be involved in advising a wide range of clients including central government departments, global universities, institutional investors, and developers across sectors such as life sciences, education, and infrastructure. (with supervision as appropriate):Drafting and negotiating standard form amendments (e.g., JCT, NEC)Advising on construction provisions in property transactionsPreparing consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, and guaranteesDrafting and negotiating sub-contracts and sub-consultant warrantiesSupporting due diligence for real estate, corporate, and finance transactionsProducing advice reports and handling post-completion mattersConducting legal research and supporting in-house legal teamsThe PersonQualified as a solicitor (NQ level) or due to qualify shortlySolid experience in

transactional construction law
