Commercial Property Solicitor - 0-3 PQE Cardiff £45,000 - £50,000 DOE Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE to join its growing team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a strong commercial property practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters. The Role You will have the opportunity to work across a varied commercial property caseload, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant matters Freehold and leasehold transactions Property portfolio management Development and investment work Refinancing and secured lending Supporting corporate and commercial transactions where there is a real estate element Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other property documentation Advising clients throughout transactions from instruction through to completion The role will provide exposure to a broad client base and the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for your own matters as your experience develops. About You The firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE who is keen to develop their technical and commercial expertise within a supportive team.
