NPI Quality LeadLocation: Bridgend, CF31Job type: PermanentHours: Monday to Thursday 10:00 - 15:00 and Friday 9:00 - 12:00Salary: Up to £60,000 per annumWe are currently recruiting for an experienced NPI Quality Lead to join a specialist manufacturing business operating within a highly regulated, high-integrity environment.This is a senior, hands-on quality role with responsibility for owning quality delivery throughout the New Production Introduction lifecycle, from initial feasibility through to production readiness.You will have the opportunity to build and own the NPI quality framework, developing the control plans, procedures, quality gates and processes required for each programme.Key responsibilities: Lead NPI quality delivery from feasibility through to production readinessDrive APQP deliverables and NPI stage gatesDevelop and maintain Control Plans, FMEAs, FME procedures and inspection regimesLead non-conformance investigations, containment and corrective actionsEnsure traceability, lifetime records and material certification requirements are metUndertake QMS gap analysis and implement required proceduresSupport accreditation, safety and regulatory compliance About you: APQP and NPI quality deliveryFMEA, MSA, SPC and capability studiesQuality procedures development and implementationNon-conformance and correction actionAuditing and supplier qualitySpecial processes such as welding, NDE or coatingsWorking within regulated, high-integrity manufacturing environments ..... full job details .....
