NPI Quality Lead
Job Description:

• Leading and governing all quality activities in line with the Gated Work Transfer Process, involving machined aerospace components
• Leading a team of NPI quality engineers and acting as the primary quality interface with external and internal stakeholders
• Deploying NPI Quality strategies and internal quality systems. Including PFMEA, control plans, process flow, GD&T & Inspection strategies
• Defining FAI strategy in accordance with AS9102 and customer requirements. This will include dimensional conformity & material and special process validation

• Proven Aerospace manufacturing experience (CNC Machining is advantageous)
• Team leadership experience
• Proficient in establishing gate review for new products/processes.
