Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm | Friday, 8:00am-1:00pmLead the next generation of engine technology.We''re looking for an experienced NPI Programme Manager to lead multiple New Product Introduction programmes for a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing business.This is an opportunity to take ownership of exciting new product launches, lead high-performing, cross-functional teams and help bring innovative engine technologies from development through to production.You''ll manage multiple programmes simultaneously, working closely with engineering, operations and wider business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and against key quality and performance targets.What you''ll be doingLead 2-4 large-scale NPI programmes, driving delivery from development through to production launch.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, budgets and key programme milestones.Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage risks and keep programmes on track.Lead stakeholder updates, programme governance meetings and formal Gateway reviews.Oversee pilot builds, field follow-up and the transition into first production.Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive continuous improvement and report progress to senior management.Build strong ..... full job details .....
