You will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvements, driving projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the quality standards together with global partners in Germany and ChinaKey responsibilities:You will motivate, guide, and coach a cross functional project team fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks/issues applying appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure project success.You will act as a key interface between international departments, ensuring external and internal requirements are effectively integrated throughout new product development and implementation.
