The successful NPI Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving industrialisation activities, improving manufacturability, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through to production ramp-upDesign and develop tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes for metallic components and assembliesProduce manufacturing documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowsWork closely with Design Engineering to improve design for manufacture (DFM) and producibilitySupport project delivery through effective planning, risk management, and milestone trackingCollaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure smooth product industrialisationSupport PFMEA/DFMEA activities and drive risk mitigation actions during NPI phasesLiaise with external suppliers regarding tooling and manufacturing supportAssess manufacturing methods to ensure the most cost-effective production solutionsSupport ..... full job details .....
