To aid with this growth, and to support their Managing Director, they are looking for an NPI Manager to focus on developing and nurturing new products from concept, into production, and product launch.    On a day-to-day basis you will work in a small New Product Development team, who develop innovative cutting-edge products within certain markets. Your role will be to take these potential products through prototyping, internal and customer field testing, and then into product launch.
