      <description>Location: Stillington | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | NPI Engineer   Location:  Hartlepool, County Durham   Wolviston Management Services are supporting out amazing client, a leading UK manufacturer, to recruit NPI Engineers at all levels of experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility.   This role will support the introduction of cutting-edge RF and microwave products into a high-precision manufacturing environment. You will play a key part in transitioning products from development and prototype stages through to full-scale production, ensuring robust, efficient and scalable processes.   Key Responsibilities    Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype through to production release   Coordinate pilot builds and production readiness reviews   Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) improvements   Develop and implement process flows, control plans, and supporting documentation   Define tooling, fixturing and automation requirements   Support early-stage production and manufacturing ramp-up   Analyse manufacturing data to improve yield, quality, and efficiency   Lead root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, FMEA)   Col...</description>
