A fantastic opportunity for an experienced NPI / Manufacturing Engineer based in or near Greenwich to join a leading engineering business developing highly complex, high-reliability products used within advanced telecommunications applications. This NPI / Manufacturing Engineer job offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of New Product Introduction (NPI), supporting the transition of innovative products from RandD through to full-scale manufacture. The successful candidate will work closely with Design Engineering, RandD and Manufacturing teams to develop robust, repeatable production processes while introducing new equipment, tooling and assembly methods. This role is ideal for an experienced Manufacturing or NPI Engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges within a precision engineering environment. NPI / Manufacturing Engineer Job Responsibilities Support the introduction of new products from prototype into full-scale manufacturing. Work closely with Design Engineering and RandD teams to ensure products are suitable for manufacture. Develop and optimise manufacturing and assembly processes for new product introductions. Introduce and validate new manufacturing equipment, tooling and production methods. Apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles to improve manufacturability, quality and production efficiency.
