NPI Engineer

JOB TITLE: New Product Introduction Manager / NPI ManagerThe COMPANYOur client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation who have forged a profitable niche for themselves working, predominantly, within the "Yellow Construction Industry" - diggers, FLT, dumpers, etc. They offer their clients a full engineering solution including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, etc. The ROLEThe right NPI Engineer would play a key role in supporting continued growth, being responsible for the development and introduction of new products - will ensuring PPAP approved parts are produced to customer specifications.The minutia of the role includes; Feasibility reviews to identify possible improvements and agree best manufacture methods Design and develop tooling CMM measurement PPAP documentation Full visual inspection of samples, including weld and paint approval Supporting customers with any product related manufacturing design queries Help the development, measurement and approval of prototypesThe CANDIDATEOur client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic NPI Engineer possessing the ambition to forge a career within a successful expanding engineering company.
