JOB TITLE: New Product Introduction Manager / NPI Manager

The COMPANY
Our client is a well-established engineering sub-contract organisation who have forged a profitable niche for themselves working, predominantly, within the "Yellow Construction Industry" - diggers, FLT, dumpers, etc. They offer their clients a full engineering solution including laser cutting, press brake, tube bending, fabrication, etc.

The ROLE
The right candidate would play a key role in supporting continued growth, being responsible for the development and introduction of new products - will ensuring PPAP approved parts are produced to customer specifications.
The minutia of the role includes;

* Cross functional feasibility reviews
* Tooling design and manufacture
* Assembly development
* Handover process for seamless production integration
* CMM measurement of samples
* Preparation of PPAP documentation
* Working closely with suppliers
* Supporting customers with manufacturing design queries

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic NPI Manager possessing the ambition to forge a career within a successful expanding engineering company. You will possess the following skills;
* NPI experience
* A background in engineering and fabrication
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise based on changing customer demands
* Knowledge of CMM measuring device
* 3D CAD would be advantageous
* Ideally experience working on projects with APQP/PPAP Experience working on projects with APQP/PPAP requirements
