Working closely with Technical, Operations, Quality, and commercial teams, you will be responsible for translating product concepts into efficient, scalable factory processes while ensuring quality, food safety, and customer requirements are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product and process trials from concept through to launch.Manage factory trials, first productions, and process validation activities.Create and maintain accurate trial documentation, blend sheets, specifications, and quality records.Liaise with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate pre-trial meetings, sensory evaluations, shelf-life assessments, and launch reviews.Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, allergen controls, and site ..... full job details .....
