NPD Technologist - Exclusive

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and much-loved food business in Hull for an NPD Technologist to join their growing development team. Working Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, you will be joining a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where every week brings a new brief, a new flavour, or a new challenge to get stuck into.As NPD Technologist, you will be right at the heart of the development team, helping to turn customer briefs into exciting new products, all while making sure everything ticks the boxes on shelf-life, testing, and cooking instructions. You will team up with the NPD Chef to cook up new and exciting recipes, balancing great taste with the practical realities of consumer, customer, business, commercial, operational, nutritional and process development needs. Generating detailed and accurate trial reports and records will be a key part of your day-to-day, and you will keep yourself fully up to speed with customer codes of practice and brand standards.
