About the Role: This is a hands on NPD Technologist role where you''ll be working with customers and internal teams to develop exciting, commercially viable concepts. Reporting to the Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Developing new recipes and improving existing products in line with customer briefs, market trends and commercial objectives. Carrying out feasibility studies, kitchen trials and product evaluations and producing customer samples. Managing NPD projects through the early product development stages, ensuring costings and documentation are completed accurately.
