Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you''ll lead the innovation agenda from concept through to launch - identifying market trends, developing customer-focused solutions and ensuring products are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards. Working closely with customers, suppliers, technical, production and sales teams, you''ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future product portfolio.
