Our prestigious client, a leading FMCG manufacturer in their field, is seeking a dedicated and skilled NPD Manager / Supervisor to join their team. With a commitment to operational excellence and producing high-quality products, they are looking for a professional who can ensure the optimal functioning of their manufacturing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Role and Responsibilities
Manage multiple new product development (NPD) projects simultaneously.Conduct market research to spot trends and identify consumer needs.Collaborate with production, marketing, sales, and quality teams for seamless execution.Source and maintain relationships with suppliers that meet ethical standards.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications.Advocate for sustainability in packaging and ingredient sourcing.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Degree in Food Science or related field preferred.Experience in chocolate formulation and production processes.2+ years in product development, ideally within the confectionery sector.Strong project management skills with a successful track record.Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance.Experience with UK retailers'' own label.Creative mindset aligned with ethical standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsNPD Manager / Supervisor (617 / 26552)Salary:
