Our client are looking for a New Product Development Manager to join their team at the London Head Office. This permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee product development and technology transfer activities, ensuring quality and regulatory standards are met, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports, ensuring effective resource planning and prioritisation of project activities.Product Transfers: Lead and coordinate product transfer activities between manufacturing sites and external partners, ensuring successful scale-up and technology transfer from development to commercial production.New Product Development (NPD): Support the development of new products from concept through to commercial launch, translating customer, market, and business requirements into technical solutions.Product Formulation: Develop and optimise formulations for new and existing products, ensuring they meet quality, regulatory, customer, and manufacturing requirements.Packaging Development: Lead the design and development of new packaging solutions, coordinating packaging trials and validation activities.Technical Project Management: Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure all products comply with ..... full job details .....
