Manage NPD projects from concept through to launch. Work closely with customers and exciting food and beverage brands. Develop recipes, formulations, ingredients and processes. Lead trials, testing and product development. Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Keep up to date with emerging food, beverage and ingredient trends. Identify and implement improvements across the business.About You - You''ll ideally have: Experience in food or beverage NPD / product development.
