A leading and expanding Food Manufacturer in Manchester is currently looking to recruit an NPD Manager / Head of NPD to join their team. Reporting into the General Manager, this is a site no. 1 who will work both operationally (hands on) and strategically. This food manufacturer has a broad product and client base supplying products to retail, foodservice sector and manufacturers across the UK. With a strong passion for innovation. This NPD Manager role will require former experience in frozen / chilled / meat manufacturing. NPD Manager / Head of NPD responsibilities include: Leading the NPD team, managing the full product development process from concept to launch. Take ownership of NPD projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with briefs and timelines. Build strong customer relationships to support successful product development and uncover new opportunities. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure smooth and effective product launches. Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to fuel innovation. You will ideally be degree qualified / equivalent with a proven track record of delivery in leading teams and managing multiple NPD projects, ensuring delivery against tight deadlines.
