Role: New Product Development (NPD) ManagerLocation: CaerphillySalary: £50k About you:Are you a creative and driven NPD professional with a passion for food innovation? We re looking for a New Product Development Manager to lead the development of exciting new food products from concept to launch, working across both branded and own-label ranges.In this key role, you ll manage the full product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Technical, Operations, and Marketing.
