NPD Manager, Food Manufacturing, Lancashire / Hybrid
We are recruiting for an NPD Manager role, on behalf of a leading Food Manufacturer in the Lancashire area.
The company are looking for people with drive, who are passionate about New Product Development and enjoy being hands-on.
You will be responsible for developing new products and processes to ensure that new products are progressed from concept, development, trial and testing stages through to launch.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent team working and organisation skills, coupled with flair, passion and creativity for product development.
- Relevant NPD / Technical knowledge gained from a Food Manufacturing environment.
- Have great leadership and communication skills, who can be influential within the team.
Salary: circa £45,000 - £50,000+ per annum plus Excellent Benefits Package
