Our client - a well-established, fast moving food manufacturer based in London - is looking for a hands-on NPD Manager to take the reins of their growing New Product Development team.

About the Role:
As the NPD Manager, you will:

Lead the development of new and exciting bakery products, from concept through to launch

Work closely with key customers, understanding their needs and turning ideas into reality

Manage and motivate a talented NPD team, ensuring smooth project delivery

Drive innovation while maintaining high-quality standards and timelines

Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and production teams

What We''re Looking For:
Extensive bakery experience essential

Proven experience in a customer-facing NPD role

A track record of working in a fast-moving FMCG or manufacturing environment

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team

Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills
