NPD Engineer

What You Will Do: - Design new products and product enhancements that align with customer needs and business objectives.- Produce detailed engineering drawings and the technical documentation required for production.- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical specifications to support smooth manufacturing.- Develop and support prototypes, including assembly and product testing, validation, and verification.- Investigate design issues, implement corrective actions, and support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).- Liaise with suppliers to ensure component selection is manufacturable, reliable, and commercially viable.
