The Role As an NPD Chef, you will play a key role in developing and perfecting products, ensuring recipes are accurately documented and tested to achieve the desired results. You''ll combine creativity with technical expertise to create high-quality, long-life products using fresh ingredients. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine products using varying ingredient ratios and formulations. Monitor and test pH levels, making adjustments to recipes where required. Utilise preservatives effectively to maximise product shelf life while maintaining quality. Accurately document recipes, methods, ingredient percentages, and pH testing results. Maintain detailed records within company systems to ensure consistency and compliance.
