The role includes leading learning and development initiatives, fostering employee engagement, providing HR insights and reporting, supporting organisational change, and advising managers on policies and employment law compliance.Candidates should have 7+ years HR leadership experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment, hold CIPD Level 5+, and have expertise in UK employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
