The role of HCA is an essential part of our GP Practice team who provide the full range of NHS Primary Medical Services. You will be working alongside our friendly and patient focused clinical and management teams. We would like you to have knowledge of phlebotomy and basic health checks, and would be able to provide training to expand your skills to cover the whole range of HCA competencies in a GP practice. You must work with autonomy and a high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion, empathy and tact. We offer a regular shift pattern, access to NHS Pension, 28 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays, and a competitive salary.
