Lead, manage and develop a dynamic tax team in the Professional Services industry, delivering corporation tax advisory and compliance services to Not for Profit sector clients (charities, housing associations, education providers and public sector bodies).As part of the Not for Profit tax team, you will work to provide advisory and compliance services to a range of clients, and develop your skills through applying your expertise in different contexts.Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop the tax team.Provide expert advice on tax matters to clients.Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients.Provide training and support to team members.Oversee and manage tax audits.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax law and regulations.Profile / Qualifications

An in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues.Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.Experience of managing a portfolio of clients including onboarding, engagement, billings, and identifying opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection.Ability to provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients using a shared service team or technology tools.Understanding of potential risks to the Firm in relation to quality control procedures.Experience of leading complex projects.Experience of working with Not for Profit organisations is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.Job Offer / Benefits
