This is an excellent opportunity for a committed social worker to join a safeguarding-focused team and make a positive difference to children and families.      Key Responsibilities    Undertake comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify risk, need and vulnerability.  Develop, implement and review effective intervention and safeguarding plans to achieve positive outcomes.  Manage and reduce risk to children through timely safeguarding actions and effective care planning.  Provide support, guidance and advocacy to children and families, ensuring the child''s voice remains central to decision-making.  Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals, including health, education, police and other safeguarding services.
