The Kent Infant Feeding Peer Supporter role is vital in the delivery of community Infant Feeding Peer Support within the region. Offering support face to face within the community, family hubs, local hospitals, within families homes and virtually via social media platforms, phone and video calls. Your role will include Community based with travel around Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley and Swale.
