Spencer Clarke Group is currently looking for compassionate, dedicated and experienced Mentors to provide personalised 1:1 support to young people across North Wales . The young people we support may be: Out of mainstream education Struggling with attendance or school refusal Experiencing anxiety or SEMH needs Diagnosed with ASD or ADHD Living with additional learning needs or EHCP requirements Experiencing difficulties with confidence, motivation or emotional regulation Finding traditional school settings challenging As a 1:1 Mentor, you will build positive and trusting relationships with young people, helping them develop confidence, improve engagement and work towards their personal goals.
