Strategy
Define Measurement and Evaluation long-term vision in North-East EuropeWork closely with all functions to create, embed and maintain an MandE culture in North-East EuropeSupport the build of and implement the Europe MandE framework and measurement tool (new MandE process and BI Reporting tool developed recently)Own the MandE Process of ALL Customer and Consumer Marketing and Promotional Effectiveness activities across Bacardi PortfolioBuild Proven Growth Driver database and define and lead sharing of learnings through a Stop, Start, Continue (develop) mindsetLook for best practices outside of North-East Europe and outside of Bacardi and share for inspirationContinue evaluation of effectiveness of POS in driving shopper conversion in alcohol and out of category to continue to feed into growth driver strategy (primary and desk research / case studies)
Responsibility
Define scope of FY activities to be measured (PandL lines, type of activations, brands, markets …)Define rhythm of MandE Reviews (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc …)Define KPI per activity type to be measuredLead and review the MandE’s: collect the results of key activations and ensure inputting in the MandE tracker in collaboration with Marketing teamWithin the business context and activity objective set target and stretched target KPI’sAnalyse existing processes, WoW, meetings and how best to integrate MandE smoothlyWork closely with RGM on Promo and GtN evaluationEnsure all stick to the rhythmTrack insights, decisions, actions, results
Capability building
Ensure strong collaboration between commercial, marketing and finance.Train stakeholders on all things MandE – through existing Cluster trainingsBreak barriersCreate an army of MandE ambassadors in individual markets and cross functionally to champion MandE so it is part of the Bacardi Way
Skills and Experience
5-10 years experience in consumer goods industry in Marketing, Commercial, RGM or FinanceTrack record of measuring actual results vs. targets, identifying insights and actions and influencing stakeholder across functions to execute the actionsCrystal clear communication and advanced influencingChallenge the status-quoStrong analytical skillsProven track record in identifying insights and transforming into actionsHigh sense of accountabilityLeadership Agility
