Your new role As Non-Teaching Assistant Year Leader, you will support the Year Leader in the day-to-day management of a year group, helping to ensure that every student is able to make progress, develop as a young person and fully engage in school life. This is a varied and rewarding pastoral role that combines student support, data analysis, attendance monitoring, behaviour management and parental engagement.
