Are you a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) with a background in Palliative Care, Community Nursing or End of Life Care? This is an opportunity to join a specialist palliative care service where your prescribing skills and clinical expertise will make a genuine difference to patients living with complex, life-limiting illnesses. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you''ll play a key role in delivering responsive, compassionate care that improves comfort, manages complex symptoms and supports patients and families when they need it most. Based from one of the Berkshire hubs, you''ll work across local services throughout Berkshire West and South Oxfordshire, combining autonomous practice with close collaboration across community and specialist teams. The Role As a Non-Medical Prescriber, you''ll use your advanced clinical knowledge to assess, manage and prescribe for patients with complex palliative care needs.
