OverviewKey Duties (Including but not limited to):Capital and financial reporting, leveraging the tools available and developed by the Company globally; this will also cover capital optimisation and understanding of the latest regulatory changesIndependent reserve reviews, process transformation and automation initiatives, methodology reviews, and customisable reserve implementationsDevelopment and maintenance of intellectual capital, involving the latest data science techniques and methodologies from quantitative financeMandA due diligence work, including management support, strategy, model building, and development of projected UK statutory distributable earnings and future new business valueQualifications required:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related fieldPart or fully qualified actuary (FIA or equivalent)Experience required:Minimum 2 years of relevant Property and Casualty actuarial experience for Consultant and at least 5 for Senior Consultant and aboveKnowledge of finance and risk management topics, including Solvency II internal models, ORSA, and IFRS 17Strong modelling skills with practical experience in at least one coding language (e.g., R, Python) preferredSAO Signing certificate or knowledge of the SAO year-end ..... full job details .....
