Job Title: Non-Inventory Manager

Location: Stockton-on-Tees

We are looking for an experienced Non-Inventory Manager to join our project team in Stockton-on-Tees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all non-inventory materials and consumables, ensuring stock levels are maintained, suppliers are coordinated effectively, and operational requirements are met. You''ll work closely with site teams to ensure the timely availability of essential items while maintaining accurate records and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ordering, storage, and distribution of non-inventory items.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish consumables as required.
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Support site operations with efficient material availability.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Previous experience in a non-inventory, stores, warehouse, or materials management role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
