Bromley Healthcare is an employee owned social enterprise delivering community health services across Bromley, Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham. Founded in 2011, the organisation has grown from a single borough provider into a key partner within the South East London health and care system, supporting hundreds of thousands of people each year. Our services span the whole of life, from health visiting and school nursing to specialist therapies, district nursing and Hospital at Home services, delivered in people''s homes and local neighbourhoods. Working closely with NHS partners, local authorities and the voluntary sector, we play an active role in place based and neighbourhood working across South East London. We are now seeking to appoint two Non Executive Directors to our Board, one with Audit and Finance expertise and the other with a strong Digital Transformation background. The Audit and Finance Non Executive Director will be a qualified accountant and will Chair the Audit and Risk Committee, playing a key leadership role in ensuring robust financial stewardship, effective risk management and high standards of governance and assurance.
